How to Talk to a Real Person at Facebook

If you are someone who has ever said "I just need to speak to someone at Facebook Support" then I have a hack for you!
Now if you've been following me, you know that I recommend starting a chat with Meta Support and this does yield results but often takes a long time to resolve and find the right person to fix your issue!
Not anymore!
* spoiler alert - it does cost money!
Step 1. Turn your personal profile into a professional account. This means turning ON professional mode. If this is not something you want forever, that is ok once your issue is resolved your can turn OFF professional mode.
Step 2. Get Meta Verified - this is not something that will take a few steps - it's actually a very, very frustrating process and no one at Meta UX department must have actually completed the steps themselves. You the drill - get codes sent, no codes arrive etc. Anyway perservere after about 3 attempts and 3 x 3 mins of waiting for new codes - et viola - Meta Verified! Forgot to mention - it will set you back $19.99 a month (you can cancel this when you don't need it anymore).
Step 3. Access the super amazing Meta Support now available to you now that you are Meta Verified. This was tricky to find - you need to access it via mobile. Under Settings. And it's worded weird but eventually you will get to start a chat with an actual person but not just any person, a person WHO CAN HELP YOU!
I have heard of people who have had Business Manager, Ad Account, Page issues for years - resolved within a matter of hours!
